Dealing with International Law and European Law: Overview of the «Swiss Approach»
Les 26 et 27 avril 2012 a eu lieu, pour le « Jubilé des 30 ans » de l'Institut suisse de droit comparé (ISDC) à Lausanne, une conférence internationale. La conférence avait pour thème « The Impact of Foreign and International Law on National Legal Systems – Comparisons in Legal Development ». Les questions juridiques y relatives se révèlent être particulièrement importantes pour un petit pays comme la Suisse (surtout dans ses relations avec l'Union européenne) – car il existe une véritable « approche suisse ». Cette contribution contient le texte sur lequel l’auteur s’est basé lors de son exposé. (sl)
