Dealing with International Law and European Law: Overview of the «Swiss Approach»
Am 26./27. April 2012 fand aus Anlass des «30 Jahre-Jubiläums» des Schweizerischen Instituts für Rechtsvergleichung (SIR) in Lausanne eine Internationale Konferenz statt. Das Tagungsthema lautete: «The Impact of Foreign and International Law on National Legal Systems – Comparisons in Legal Development». Entsprechende Rechtsfragen erweisen sich als besonders bedeutsam für einen Kleinstaat wie die Schweiz (nicht zuletzt in Bezug auf die Europäische Union) – es besteht denn auch ein eigentlicher «Swiss Approach». Im Folgenden findet sich der Text, welcher dem Autor als Grundlage für sein Referat gedient hat.
