Canadian judges are fortunate to be able to turn to an Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics – a body established for the very purpose of giving informal and confidential advice to any federally-appointed judge who is either faced with or anticipating a question of judicial ethics or conduct. What follows is an introduction to the Canadian Advisory Committee.
