The paper describes the transformation of law into a neural network. For this purpose, it applies the Next-Generation-Operation Model used in the business sector. The systematic examination of each digital transformation step allows a customer-oriented perspective on the law and the application of modern technologies. The paper reveals the distinct computable structure of law, which has not been utilized so far. The innovative idea is to transform the legal sources themselves into an ecosystem of neuronal networks. The quest for a regulatory framework for an international internet law serves as illustrative example. The result is a modern form of law, that allows the legal system to adapt more flexibly to the challenges of the digital world.
