Since March 2022, Martin has served as Head of Academy at Weblaw, where he is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Weblaw Academy. His responsibilities include the design, organisation and delivery of courses, workshops, webinars and in-house training programmes. In this role, he works closely with management as well as with the Sales, Marketing and Publishing teams, and maintains regular dialogue with speakers, participants and cooperation partners.
 

Since January 2026, Martin has also served as Head of HR, with responsibility for all HR-related matters within the company. In this role, he supports the cultural and structural development of the organisation.
