EU Geo-blocking rules – need for action in Switzerland?

Avec le Règlement sur le blocage géographique, l'UE interdit, sous certaines conditions, aux commerçants, d’imposer des conditions de transaction différentes aux clients, en fonction de leur région d'origine. Son objectif est d'éliminer les obstacles au commerce transfrontalier, mais crée également des chevauchements avec le droit des cartels de l'UE en général. Le Règlement peut également concerner des commerçants et des clients suisses. La contribution présente le contenu principal de ce Règlement, analyse son interaction avec le droit des cartels et examine l'importance du Règlement pour la Suisse, de lege lata et de lege ferenda.
