Software Engineering for Business Information Systems
Bernhard is academic researcher in computer science from the Technical University of Munich. His research focuses on semantic analysis of legal texts, applied artificial intelligence for the legal field (e. g. legal reasoning and Smart Contracts) and network analysis for legal documents. Within the scope of his research, he co-founded the Lexalyze initiative (www.lexalyze.de) in which he cooperates with leading lawyers and scientists. He was in involved in several industry projects within the domain of tenancy law and tax law focusing on the analysis of statutes and case law. He is interested in semantic software applications, logic-based thinking and cognitive computing.
