Lee Bacon is a partner in the International Arbitration group of Clyde & Co, with a focus on complex cross-border disputes and review of and advice as to contractual structures. Lee sits on Clyde & Co’s Innovation Board and helps to lead the firm's Blockchain initiative. Co-author of a series of articles on Blockchain and Smart/Dynamic Contracts, Lee is a regular speaker on the topic of innovation in contracts to include the UCL Research Centre for Blockchain, Intelligent TECH Europe 2016 and Chain Finance.

In addition to his involvement in new technologies and the impact on law in the financial sector, Lee is a specialist in insurance and reinsurance contractual matters and acts for many of the world’s largest insurers and reinsurers.
